On the advice of CPS, the owner of this prestigious new build project was able to almost double the floor area of the property and provide hidden parking for 2 cars in a basement garage. Surrey
The Problem:
The need for secure parking off the road but at the same time maximising the soft landscaped area.
The Solution:
By design, a CPS 2CarTM 5.2M diameter turntable allows two executive cars to be turned around efficiently and easily within the confines of the underground garage. The parking is user-friendly whilst complying with all the requirements of environmental, safety and insurance issues relevant to lawful off-road parking.
